ABOUT THE COMPANY We have been dealing in British stamps since 1974 and during this time have helped many collectors develop their collections. My wife Sue helps run the business together with the very able help of Simon and Ben. We operate a long-established New Issue Service for Queen Elizabeth Machins - cylinder blocks, singles, errors and varieties, booklets, booklet panes, coils, coil leaders, etc.

TERMS OF BUSINESS Prices are for perfect unmounted mint with good perforations unless indicated to the contrary. Cash with order, refund guaranteed if not completely satisfied and returned within 14 days. Postage will be charged on all orders under £300. (orders over £300 are sent by Special Delivery free of charge, unless you request otherwise). Will you please allow postage and packing as follows: 1st Class 60p and Recorded Delivery £1.50 (both sent at your risk). Special Delivery £5.50 (fully insured). Overseas postage, charged at cost as necessary.

OFFICE HOURS 9.00 am. - 5.30 pm. Monday to Friday. Callers are welcome, but by appointment only.

V.A.T Prices that include VAT will be at the current rate.

OVERSEAS COLLECTORS (NON E.C.) Prices that include V.A.T. will be deducted where appropriate. As a general rule all pre-decimal items, i.e. items before 1971, are ineligible for V.A.T. deduction as they are either in the Dealer's Margin or Global accounting schemes. Mint decimal stamps, i.e. post 1971 items, can have the VAT deducted.

PAYMENT We accept cheques, cash (most currencies), Giro transfers, credit cards, drafts (in Sterling drawn on a London Bank). We regret we can not accept personal cheques drawn in a foreign currency on an overseas bank as they take a long period of time to clear and incur large bank charges.

CREDIT CARDS - WE ACCEPT MASTERCARD, VISA, DINERS CLUB AND AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS We require your card number, expiry date and the security code (the last 3 digits shown on the signature strip). SWITCH We require Card No., expiry date and issue No.

MINIMUM ORDER Because of the high fee charged to us by our bank to clear cheques and other administrative costs, we respectfully must decline orders under £10.

OUR VAT NUMBER IS GB 300 0114 58. Clients sending us stamps from overseas should put our VAT number on the outside of the package.

EXTENDED CREDIT On purchases over £100 we will accept payment over four months if required. Simply send four cheques each made out for a quarter of the total, one dated now and the others dated at monthly intervals. We will confirm your purchases by return and send the stamps to you after the final payment.
